1.5 Bathrooms Welcome to our charming ground floor house in the heart of the city. This cosy retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Step outside onto your private patio, a serene oasis amidst the bustling urban landscape. The house boasts modern amenities and stylish decor, providing a tranquil getaway for families or couples. Whether you're exploring the vibrant streets or simply relaxing on your patio, our central house is the ideal place to call home during your stay.
As you walk in, there is a small hallway leading to a small toilet and to the main open plan kitchen dining living room area. The large living room area boasts a large extensible leather sofa bed with a coffee table dining table and seats for up to 4 people, fully equipped kitchen and large TV. Hidden next to the kitchen is a door leading to the bedroom, containing a large wardrobe, comfy king size bed with bed stands, workspace and acces to your private shower room.
The apartment is located centrally very close to Grivitii Market and Tomis Mall. Easy access to main points of interest, parks, supermarkets & farmers markets, , beach, etc. Public transport is within reach.
Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise level down from 10PM to 7AM.
Any extra visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.
You will have exclusive access to the apartment situated at the front of the property and the outdoor area adjacent to the apartment.
I will go the extra mile to make sure my guests feel at home away from home. I will be just a call, text, or email away for anything you need during your stay.
Please note the apartment is part of our family home and the entrance is used by my parents to access their part of the house.
A travel cot is available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need it, so we can have it prepared for your arrival.

June 2026Mihai and his parents were very hospitable and responsive. The place was in great condition, clean, and with nice furnishings. The location is great, a walking distance from the mall and many restaurants and shops. I recommend anyone visiting Constanta to stay at Mihai’s place.

August 2026Gabriela and her husband are a very kind and cute couple, we felt really comfortable and welcomed - as if they were our family members. The apartment had everything you could need even for long term stays and it was really comfortable and cozy. The best thing was the great location, we could reach shops, fresh fruit markets, nice coffee places, the gym, butcheries, bakeries, great restaurants and the beach just by a short walk. The area was also really quiet so we slept wonderfully and always had a free parking lot in front of the house. We’d love to visit again some day and wish Mihai’s family all the best!😊❤️
