Overall, it's a fantastic place to explore the city, great for short or long stays alike. It's close to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, theatres, museums, the old town, and memorable Black Sea beach walks.

The neighbourhood

The apartment is well located in the centre of Constanta. Opposite Tomis Mall and within a 2 to 10 minute walk from most interest points. McDonalds is just next to the property.

House rules

Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise level down from 10PM to 7AM.
Any extra visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.

Guest access

You will have complete access to all aspects of the property with nobody else present at any time. Treat the place like home!

Interaction with guests

I will go the extra mile to make sure my guests feel at home away from home. We would love to greet you upon arrival and walk you through and I will be just a call, text, or email away for anything you need during your stay.

Other things to note

? The terrace is shared with other residents, but the swing and table with chairs belong to the studio. Feel free to use them!
A travel cot is available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need it, so we can have it prepared for your arrival.
